My personal experience was an excellent one, from the ladies at the front desk to the nurses and doctor Isom. Each of the them were friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. They explain before hand what the procedure will look like, answered questions and gave me a peaceful
feeling that they had my best interest.
During the procedure everyone involve was kind, relax, patient and as they
assisted me each one explain what was going on all the way to the end.
Doctor Isom is amazing as well as his team, I highly recommend him and his practice
Scheduled a last minute root canal, i was in a lot of pain and They were able to get in very next day, Beth the receptionist was so sweet and friendly! I was very nervous going in because I’ve never had a root canal before but Mckayla, the dental assistant was so sweet and helped soothe my nerves and explained everything ahead of time so I knew what to expect. Dr. Vic was beyond amazing. He made me feel totally comfortable, I didn’t feel a thing and almost could have taken a nap while getting a root canal. Lol. Such a wonderful experience when before I didn’t think a dental appointment could be one!
Dr. Isom was super friendly, thoughtful of my pending root canal, and pretty much answered my questions before I had to ask any. The atmosphere was calming and easy-going. The team was super professional and so nice. Nothing can make a root canal feel like a trip to Disney World, but they made me feel comfortable and their number one priority. And, the first (almost) painless shots I have every gotten!! 🙂
So I needed an emergency root canal done, after discovering I had a cavity last Thursday and 72 hours prior to getting on a plane to travel to India – Mikayla reached out to me Monday afternoon and through some scheduling magic, was able to fit me in on an 8 am appointment the next day! She was friendly, competent and thorough in her communication – when I got to the clinic, the positive experience continued with a short wait and introductions to Dr. Vick, the endodontist! At every stage, both Dr. Vick and Mikayla were clear in their communication, put my fears at ease and extremely competent in how they performed their roles! I had another appointment close on the heels of this one and they both made sure I got out on time and more importantly, got out happy! Then today, I got a call from Dr. Vick asking me how I was doing (post-op) – a lovely, friendly touch and one I appreciated a lot. All in all, an excellent experience and one I’d recommend to anyone…
This by far has been one of the best experience I’ve ever had. Amazing team of dental professionals. From Start to finish , every team member was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Appointments were quick and to the point, and the scheduling was super quick as well. Dr.Isom is very very good at what he does. He made the whole process amazing, and definitely cares a lot about his patients. Can’t recommend him enough. Dental work and care A+++. Thank You again
I can’t say enough about Dr. Vic and his staff. I recently got a root canal procedure performed at Isom Endodontics and it was the best dental experience I’ve *ever* had. I was really anxious about my first root canal — with that said, the staff was very thoughtful and offered ways to help make me feel more comfortable. After being numbed, the procedure itself was completely painless and I appreciated the option to use nitrous oxide gas. Dr. Vic was helpful and polite, and fixed my tooth in a timely and professional manner. Thanks to him and his staff, my tooth pain hasn’t come back at all after leaving their office. I would definitely return to Dr Isom’s Endodontics for future work and would recommend to others
I had to have a root canal just before leaving for a family vacation. Dr Vic saw me in the morning and happily worked me in immediately so that I didn’t have to interrupt my vacation plans. The entire office was beyond nice. The woman in the front office was so considerate especially since I was in a lot of pain when I arrived. Dr Vic and his assistant were extremely professional yet warm and friendly. They explained everything to me and prepared me for what to expect. As awful as a root canal sounds, this was a completely pain free experience. I had absolutely no pain once the numbness wore off. Dr Vic called the next day to see how I was feeling and wish me well on my vacation. Milwaukie was a bit of a drive for me but I would definitely return for any future needs. In fact I wouldn’t let anyone else do it! I highly recommend this clinic.
Had to get two root canals done. Every member of the staff was friendly, helpful, and incredibly professional. I felt at ease and informed through every part of the process. I highly recommend coming here, even if it’s out of your way.
I had a dreaded root canal this morning. And actually it was one of my best dental experiences to date. The entire staff is welcoming, and kind. The procedure was quick, professional yet compassionate and most importantly pain free. 5 stars.
